Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 676695 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the air deflector louver.
  3. Disengage the retainers, and pull out the headlamp, shift control, and cargo lamp switches in order to disconnect the electrical connectors.

  4. Disconnect the following electrical connectors:
    5. • Cargo lamp switch (1)
    • Shift control switch (2, 3)
    • Headlamp switch (4)
  5. Remove the headlamp, shift control, and cargo lamp switch housing.

    6. Object Number: 396838 Size: SH
  6. Remove the shift control switch from the housing.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 396838 Size: SH
  1. Install the shift control switch to the housing.

    2. Object Number: 830158 Size: SH
  2. Install the headlamp, shift control, and cargo lamp switch housing.
  3. Connect the following electrical connectors:
    4. • Cargo lamp switch (1)
    • Shift control switch (2, 3)
    • Headlamp switch (4)

  4. Push in the headlamp, shift control, and cargo lamp switches in order to engage the retainers.
  5. Install the air deflector louver.
  6. Install the I/P cluster bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
